Our Brew Crew is an integral part of our establishment. As a Brew Crew member, you will have the opportunity to represent our beloved brewery on the frontlines providing superior customer service in a fast-paced environment. Here is what this opportunity looks like.
Proudly and respectively represent Vanished Valley Brewing Company and our mission to share our beer and food in good company and good spirit.
Enthusiastically greet and interact with guests and other VV Brew Crew members in a friendly, positive, and fun manner.
Accurately input and deliver food and beverage orders to guests.
Bus and reset bussing stations while maintaining regular taproom cleanliness.
Ability to multi-task in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
Adhere to sanitization and taproom cleaning procedures.
Maintain thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to answer guest questions regarding each item.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Dress per company requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times while on shift.

Currently, licensed Brew Pubs, including us, can not self-distribute our beer, as we have to go through the current three-tier distribution system. However, the Commonwealth is considering changing that law through House Bill H.401, which, if passed next year, would allow Brew Pubs to self-distribute a limited amount of beer locally.
The passing of H.401 will do a number of positive things, not only for our small business but for other small Brew Pubs across the state. It will allow us to enhance our ability to directly service our local stores, restaurants, and bars while also shrinking the sales and service cycle. It will also allow Brew Pubs to regain ownership over their brands, which are now sold and represented by third-party distributors, not the actual people that make the beer!
How can you help? Well, for starters, you can stop in today or the near future for a pint of H.401, a classic 6.5% ABV New England Style IPA brewed with Citra, Galaxy, and Nectaron hops. Then, on your way out, you can purchase a 4-pack of H.401 and scan the QR code located on the label to sign the petition in support of this critical bill. Make sure to share a can or two with friends and family!
As a small locally owned business, we only wish to gain more control and ownership of our hard work, our labor of love, and our relationships with other local businesses. We hope that you, too, will join in support of this initiative.
