Come join the fun! Starting Tuesday April 7th, Vanished Valley is teaming up with Cue-It-Up DJ Services to provide an evening of music and fun, where music hits, joins the bingo scene. Come play 4 rounds of Music Bingo, enjoy great food and drinks, and have a chance to win some good prizes too. Hop Into Spring Beer Dinner

Thursday April 30th

Join us for our Hop Into Spring Beer Dinner. 

Thursday, April 30 at 5:30. Tickets are $69 each and include tax, gratuity and a five-course meal with beers.

First Course: 

Spring Prawn Skewer

Marinated in citrus with lemon 6 asparagus. Served over Succotash w/ applewood bacon. 

 Second Course:

Ricotta & Spinach Gnudi

Served in brown butter & finished with parmesan cheese. 

 Third Course: 

Bib lettuce & Avocado Salad

bib lettuce, tomato wedge, shaved radish, avocado, crispy plantain chips, ajo citrus dressing 

Main Course:

 Blood Orange Salmon or Chicken Statler 

with green sofrito & cilantro rice & a fried yucca crisp 

Dessert: 

Elderflower Panna Cotta 

Custard served with poached rhubarb batons. 

Garnished w/ mint.

Every Wednesday

 Cruise into Wednesdays with us! Join us every week for Cruise & Brews at Vanished Valley Brewing Co.! From May 6th through September 30th, we’re bringing together great cars, cold brews, and good vibes in the beer garden every Wednesday from 5PM–8PM.  What to expect: • Music • Delicious food & drinks from Vanished Valley • A great lineup of cars & motorcycles (all makes & models are welcome!) • A fun, family & dog-friendly atmosphere  Please note: No revving or burnouts — let’s keep it safe and enjoyable for everyone!  Rain?
