Come join the fun! Starting Tuesday April 7th, Vanished Valley is teaming up with Cue-It-Up DJ Services to provide an evening of music and fun, where music hits, joins the bingo scene. Come play 4 rounds of Music Bingo, enjoy great food and drinks, and have a chance to win some good prizes too. Bingo begins at 6pm, come early to get a good seat and get your bingo cards.  *No Bingo on Tuesday, April 21st.

 We’re turning 10!  

We are beyond excited to announce that Vanished Valley is celebrating our 10-year anniversary this year!  

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to all of our friends, guests, supporters, fans, food trucks, workshop hosts, musicians, and every single person who has walked through our doors over the years. 

We truly wouldn’t be here without you.

Join us for a full day of live music, food trucks, activities, and so much more as we celebrate a decade of Vanished Valley.

Join us for our Hop Into Spring Beer Dinner. 

Thursday, April 30 at 5:30. Tickets are $69 each and include tax, gratuity and a five-course meal with beers.

First Course: 

Spring Prawn Skewer

Marinated in citrus with lemon 6 asparagus. Served over Succotash w/ applewood bacon. 

 Second Course:

Ricotta & Spinach Gnudi

Served in brown butter & finished with parmesan cheese. 

 Third Course: 

Bib lettuce & Avocado Salad

bib lettuce, tomato wedge, shaved radish, avocado, crispy plantain chips, ajo citrus dressing 

Main Course:

 Blood Orange Salmon or Chicken Statler 

with green sofrito & cilantro rice & a fried yucca crisp 

Dessert: 

Elderflower Panna Cotta 

Custard served with poached rhubarb batons. 

Garnished w/ mint.
