This year’s 2023 Gratitude is a Lemongrass Saison that was built on a grain bill of Pilsen, Vienna, and Wheat malt and lightly hopped with Styrian Wolf hops from Slovenia and a dash of Citra hops. The unique yeast strain used throughout the fermentation process adds a slightly tart yet dry finish which gives the lemongrass plenty of
room to shine.
